Dr. Aldhaheri, with over three decades of business experience, has a successful track record. After earning his MBA with distinction from the American University in Washington DC, he founded, launched, and managed successful businesses in various sectors, including IT, finance, education, tourism, and real estate. Apart from being a start-up visionary, he excels in driving sustainable growth in large organizations and has contributed to government tourism and development strategy, MICE, and education management. Currently, Dr. Al Dhaheri holds key positions, including Chairman of Abu Dhabi University and CEO of NEMA Holding Company. He has also served on the boards of various prestigious organizations and holds committee positions in both private and government entities; for example, First Vice Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Chamber.

Living by his philosophy of continuous learning, Dr. Aldhaheri completed his PhD at Durham University, where his research on "Cultural Intelligence and the ability to adapt leadership style in a multicultural environment" has provided valuable insights applicable to the region, a first of its kind.

Khadim Abdulla Aldarei is the Managing Director of Al Ain Holding and Vice Chairman & Co-Founder of Al Dahra Holding. With over 30 years of public and private sector experience, he has held senior positions in the UAE's diplomatic corps. Khadim began his career in the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and later served in UAE Embassies in Washington DC and Beirut, eventually becoming Plenipotentiary Minister First Class. He then took on the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Private Office of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, overseeing all private and business interests.

Khadim holds several external Chairmanships, including positions at The Sheikh Zayed Private Academies, Agility Abu Dhabi PJSC, and Agricost SA (Romania). He's also involved with entities like Abu Dhabi University and the UAE Red Crescent. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee at International Capital Trading.

Khadim's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development from the American University in Washington DC, an MBA in International Relations from the American University of Beirut, and executive management programs at institutions like Harvard Business School. His extensive experience and educational achievements underline his leadership in both corporate and diplomatic spheres.

John is the Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Amanat Holding PJSC (“Amanat”). Prior to joining Amanat, John held senior finance, strategy, and business development roles across a variety of industries including real estate, media, and entertainment.

John previously was the CFO of several listed and private organizations in the region and internationally.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts in business management from the University of Exeter and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant.

With an extensive background in the banking industry, Mr. Osseiran is a seasoned professional who has honed his expertise in various domains, such as corporate finance, corporate banking, and business development. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated proficiency in managing private equity, assets, and investments in diverse sectors, ranging from Education and Hospitality to Financials, Construction, Real Estate, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.

Currently holding the esteemed position of Managing Director at Magna Investments, Mr. Osseiran continues to make significant contributions to the financial landscape. His strategic vision, coupled with his wealth of experience, have earned him a reputation as a leader and innovator in the field.

Mr. Osseiran's unwavering commitment to excellence and his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes have enabled him to thrive in a highly competitive industry. With many years of success behind him and a relentless drive to achieve more, he sits on a number of boards and committees on publicly listed companies and private, renowned organisations.

Fadi Habib is a seasoned professional serving as the Head of Investments at Amanat Holdings, where he is responsible for defining and executing the company's investment strategy that includes overseeing a diverse portfolio of market-leading companies valued at over USD 700 million. Mr. Habib brings a robust financial and strategic background to the role as he has been involved in executing numerous M&A transactions in the education sector across the GCC and serves as a Board Director for several companies in the region where he oversees strategy setting and execution.

Mr. Mahmoud Haj Ali is a seasoned investment professional, currently serving as the Director of Investments at Magna Investments LLC. With 16 years of experience, he has demonstrated expertise across various sectors and asset classes. Specializing in investment strategy, deal execution & asset management, Mr. Haj Ali's well-rounded skill set has contributed significantly to the success of Magna Investments LLC. Mr. Haj Ali holds a BBA in Business Administration with double emphasis in Finance & Accounting from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from the University of Warwick, UK.

Ms. Kristina Turner has almost two decades of leadership experience in the education sector and currently leads the governance efforts at NEMA Holding. As Director of Administration and of the Chairman’s Office at NEMA, she serves as Board Secretary for NEMA, Abu Dhabi University and the Board of Trustees for Liwa College. Kristina has played a pivotal role in shaping governance structures, executive talent recruitment, corporate strategy, project management and quality assurance. She holds an M.Sc. in Psych, an MBA and is a certified board secretary through Hawkamah.
